You'll also get an excercise journal to help you explore your inner world.
This is an experiential course and so practice is key. Sustained change will happen if you follow my guide. You'll receive a guided mindful awareness exercise to do each day. Don't worry, you got this! It's only 15 minutes and if you do it everyday, after 21 days you'll have made a habit of it! I'll also give you a couple of funky out-of-the box meditations that will for sure break down any pre-conceived ideas you have about meditation. This is pure you time! You deserve it!
