Presentation of the key teachings for each week. Followed by guided exercises to offer an experiential insights and coaching. Experience is always more powerful than just understanding the concepts alone.
This course is grounded in scientific research in Leadership. You will be given all relevant research materials that support this leadership style and suggested readings to assist you in your home assignments.
You are given weekly homework and practice, both mindfulness practice and practice of the leadership skills laid out in the course. You can share your practice and experience in the private members group review and in the virtual grouproom.
As the foundation of this course rests on mindfulness. It the practice of presence that will create sustainable change. Therefore, you will have a daily mindful awareness practice of a minimum of 15 minutes. There will also be a variety of meditations offered that will serve your individual needs.
