The Mindful Leadership Program is a 12 weeks live online experiential process that integrates mindful awareness practices with scientific insight into what true leadership is and how to truly move the hearts & minds of those you lead.

- becoming more conscious, reconnected to yourself, present to what motivates your words, behaviours, actions and processing your internal stress response so that you remain focussed and healthy and energised. Your power lies in one simple practice - that of saying Yes to yourself.

Secondly, we expand your awareness of how you relate to others, becoming more conscious of how you show up, dealing with challenges and developing your power to influence a positive shift in others so that you can bring out the full potential of those you lead.
3. Focus on the Big Picture
Lastly, the focus moves to the bigger picture, your vision; what and why and is it congruent with your values, your freedom and your sense of purpose and how you can create a shared vision that inspires people to come together and work towards a common goal.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS COURSE ?
This isn't simply a mindfulness training that, as a by-product, helps your leadership style. After 20 years of experience in the corporate world I understand the pressures and demands that are placed upon you. I know that you have no time to 'space out' and need something that's grounded and practical.
All Mindful Leadership courses I have found simply teach mindfulness to leaders and hope that it sticks. I teach mindfulness AND leadership skills, using the latest research in leadership rather than mindfulness to back it up and then provide you with sustained practice and integration exercises to ensure long-lasting results. I take what was once known only as spiritual practice, and bring it into your world, using your language and make it relevant to your experience.
On the other hand, most leadership coaching simply focuses on giving you more 'knowledge' about things. Though fascinating and insightful, after the honeymoon period ends (usually 3 months), things tend to return to the way they were. That's because excellent leaders require 'soft skills' - and these are learned in a different way. They cannot be learned through understanding, but only through sustained practice. By integrating mindful leadership skills into your own business practice, you can resolve obstacles as they arise and learn through your own experience so that this becomes second nature to you, rather than yet another technique you 'should' to apply and tend to forget to.
Aside from stress management for which Mindfulness is well known, mastering these techniques will massively impact your ability to hold presence which affects all of the key drivers needed for leadership. My aim is to share with you over 17 years of practice, using unconventional techniques that I have learned through hundreds (no kidding) of trainings and courses from all over the world. My own personal insight has a depth that goes far beyond superficial practice of techniques and enables me to personalise this coaching more thoroughly to your needs.
